I came to yoga and then meditation as a way to address anxiety and other personal challenges that I'd tried to deal with for most of my life.
I have witnessed, in myself and others, the profound benefits of meditation, and I'd love to be able to introduce the practice to others who might not otherwise be exposed to it.
I write fiction and poetry, play outside in the Sierras with my wife Katie and dog Ruby, ride bikes, enjoy time with friends.
